Fun fact about the "window" shadow, It's as you can see in my behind the scenes picture below, actually a upsidedown stool :)  as the main light I am using a Broncolor Satellite fitted with my Profoto Pro Head. the Satellite  is highly effective and gives a very sun like feel when used right. 

To create a gradient on the phone screen I used a second Pro Head bounced of a white glossy card bord paper.
